With expertise in oil and gas operations, acoustic modeling and mitigation, comprehensive mitigation planning and residential mitigation our team is skilled in providing cost effective, strategic planning and execution of large-scale operations in urban areas.
Heidi Gill – Founder and CEO
Heidi founded Urban with hopes of bridging the gap between oil and gas development and social compatibility. Heidi designed and filed a patent on a new type of sound wall that provides increased structural integrity and operational efficiency. With a background in Public Relations and Communications, Heidi has had several unique working opportunities in multiple industries including oil and gas, healthcare and development.
Prior to founding Urban, Heidi worked for Anadarko where she oversaw all mitigation related activities with her primary focus on drilling, completions, and production facilities. Leading a multi-disciplinary team, she oversaw the planning and execution of nuisance and compliance based mitigation techniques surrounding future locations and grievances associated with existing locations.
Jesse Petek – Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Jesse Petek plays the critical role of overseeing the safe and efficient execution of Urban Solution Group’s operations. Jesse is the primary contact person with our customers’ field crews and Urban’s operation sub-contractors. Jesse is responsible for pre-planning, coordinating contractors, logistics and overseeing all Urban’s on-site work.
Born and raised in Grand Junction, Jesse has been in the oil and gas industry for the last seven years, working in both the Piceance and Denver-Julesburg Basin. In just a few months, Jesse has improved the sound wall installation efficiency by over 50%. Jesse attributes this success to having been in the contractors’ shoes and being able to work with them as a partner. Jesse is highly respected for his work ethic, operational knowledge and experience in safe mitigation execution.
Tracy Watters – Sr. Project Manager
Tracy Watters is an experienced business management professional who manages both business development and operations initiatives through the coordination and leadership of cross-functional teams. Holding senior level positions in marketing, product management, and business development, Tracy has worked in a wide range of industries for both small and Fortune 500 companies.
As the Sr. Project Manager at Urban Solution Group, Tracy will primarily be responsible for creating and implementing operational processes and overseeing operational performance. Tracy will work closely with our operations manager on the scheduling and coordination of our installation and demobilization activities as well as job cost analysis and accounting. Urban will also tap into Tracy’s marketing background for support with our stakeholder engagement projects for our clients as well as Urban’s promotional efforts and brand management.
